Sandpoint Well Service

A sandpoint is essentially a short section of perforated pipe with a point on one end—the perforations are covered with a fine screen. The sandpoint is attached to a longer piece of pipe and driven into the ground into a shallow, water-bearing sand and gravel layer. A pump is then attached to the top end of the pipe and clean, fresh water is drawn out of the ground. Sandpoint systems are a good way to supply irrigation water for a lawn or to deliver water for livestock, etc. While this works well in some places, the shallow water is not available everywhere, and the sandpoint system is not always the most efficient way to get it.

Call us to see if a sandpoint system meets your needs, or to schedule a repair to your existing sandpoint system.
